
As an avid promoter and participant in health and nutrition, I am forever looking for ways to help those I come in contact with getting rid of excess belly fat for good. Even though losing body fat takes time and diligence, there is a psychology behind getting it off and keeping it off.

1.) Comfort Zone->> In order to achieve your desired results, you need to understand that anything you want and need is only 3% out of your comfort zone. You may have trouble just getting off the couch, or doing that extra set at the gym. Whatever the case, always challenge yourself to be and do more.
2.) Be Consistent->> This will be your best strategy yet. Your results are proportionate to your ability to stick with what you started. If you are looking to lose weight before a wedding, do you best to be consistent with meeting that goal. The more practice what you preach, the faster you'll form the habit achieving what you want in life.
