Yesterday I Found Some Cheap Acai Berry Antioxidant Juice At Walmart..


Sometimes I like to refer myself to a nutrition detective as I am always on the lookout for the most potent superfood that is packed with antioxidants, probiotics, etc. Acai berry is one of those superfoods that I absolutely am fanatical about. This little Amazon phenomenon is packed with antioxidants that our bodies on a daily basis.

Not only that, it also helps with weight control among other things. I had the priviledge of being in Walmart the other day with my good friend Renea (Boy do I love Walmart), and we came across some cheap acai berry antioxidant juice. It cost $6 and some change, but it was well worth it.

There's a company out there that charges $30 Plus per bottle, but I won't name any names. I've had that companies juice too which has acai berry as the main ingredient and a few other natural fruits in it, however the juice I came across the other day is just as good if not better in taste and results.

After popping the cap and indulging in about 3 cups of this new found acai berry drink, I was hooked and made a vow to keep this ACAI BERRY JUICE from Walmart in my refrigerator at all times:) I was amazed not only at the taste, but the content of the juice. You can tell just by looking at it that it was packed with lots of Acai Berries.

So, do yourself a favor and go out to your local Walmart Neighborhood store and purchase some cheap acai berry antioxidant superfood juice. Fast Six Pack Ab Exercises- Who Else Wants to Have Sexy Six Pack Abs Without Supplement Usage?


So, you're about six months to a year away from going to the beach and you need your abs to turn into a six pack fast, and preferably without using any supplements. Getting the abs you want is possible if you're willing to really work for it. In the beginning, your work ethic and focus needs to be in tact if you plan to see the results you want. Here are the exercises you need to follow to gain those six pack abs that you desire.

1.) Cardiovascular Blasters- Without cardiovascular workouts, looking in the mirror would just be a waste of time. With cardiovascular in the mix, burning excessive amounts of calories will eventually turn into burning fat, which will aid in the showing of your abs. It doesn't make since to perform abdominal exercises only to keep a layer of fat on top of your stomach muscles.

The best exercises for rapid weight loss are running, hiking, swimming, elliptical, and brisk walking. Pick a few exercises that you really enjoy and perform at least 20-30 minutes 4-5 times per week along with proper weight training.

Keep your hands on the floor by your side and simply lift your legs straight up into the air to about a 90 degree angle. As you go down, keep your legs and feet close together, and before touching the grounds throw your legs back up into the air.
